Simple Smoothie Recipe

In the heat of the summer a smoothie can be very refreshing. This smoothie recipe is a good basic recipe but you can mix and match different fruits and milks.

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Blender

Ingredients:

1/2 Banana

1/4 cup Whole Plain Yogurt OR Yogurt of Choice

1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries OR Strawberries OR Mixed Fruit

1 Cup Whole Milk OR Milk of Your Choice

1-2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup

*optional 2 Spoonfuls of Strawberry Jam- It adds a nice flavor especially if you only have 1 frozen fruit available

Instructions:

  1. Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth, usually 1-2 minutes

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy right away!
